We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a portfolio of strategic IT initiatives. This role will work across multiple concurrent technology projects—many already well underway—to assess change readiness, provide expert advice on change and communication strategies, and drive successful user adoption.
Projects include the Windows 11 rollout, Microsoft Co-Pilot and AI adoption, and the transition from Zoom to Microsoft Teams. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of Microsoft services, AV technologies, and user experience tools like Nexthink, along with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the change impact across a variety of digital initiatives, including projects at various stages of completion (some up to 80% implemented).
- Develop tailored change and communication plans for each project, ensuring alignment with the transformation goals.
- Work closely with Project Managers and the Director of IT to prioritise change activities and resource deployment.
- Provide expert advice on effective communication strategies to support change adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Deliver targeted, inclusive communications that inform, engage, and empower staff throughout the change lifecycle.
- Lead user engagement efforts including town halls, focus groups, and feedback channels.
- Champion the transition to Windows 11, ensuring smooth adoption through structured change and training plans.
- Support the AI enablement strategy, with a focus on responsible, informed use of Microsoft Co-Pilot and generative AI tools.
- Lead the change effort for the migration from Zoom to Microsoft Teams, coordinating communication and user education across faculties.
- Collect and analyse feedback to continually refine change approaches and training content.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in change management roles, ideally with exposure to large, complex organisations.
- Proven success in leading change for Microsoft 365 implementations and collaboration technologies.
- Practical understanding of digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 11.
- Familiarity with AV and hybrid meeting technologies in enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting projects through late-stage execution (e.g. 80% complete) and identifying course-corrective actions.
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior stakeholders and work collaboratively across multiple project teams.
