As our highly valued National Manager Home Lending and Virtual Sales based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. you will shape and execute a first-party sales strategy that meets the evolving needs of Australian borrowers—whether in branch, over the phone, or online. This includes scaling our virtual channel, elevating capability across the lender network, and creating a consistent, digitally enabled sales rhythm nationally.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Define and execute the national Home lending and virtual sales strategy in line with enterprise goals and customer needs.
  • Deliver on national lending volume, margin, and productivity targets.
  • Lead the design, launch, and expansion of the Virtual Banking Business Unit, leveraging technology to drive digital-first customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition and retention strategy, ensuring sustainable growth across all channels.
  • Design targeted customer lifecycle engagement programs, improving both new customer onboarding and long-term retention.
  • Reduce attrition, refinancing risk, and competitive leakage, ensuring retention strategies are data-driven and commercially impactful.


Do things differently with us

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Senior-level leadership in banking, lending, or financial services, with full P&L ownership of a major revenue-generating function.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel distribution, including direct-to-customer, first-party lending, virtual banking, commercial lending, and branch networks.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale digital and virtual banking strategies, leveraging data, AI, and automation to drive sales growth.
  • Strong track record in customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimisation.
  • Extensive experience in complex stakeholder engagement, including executive leadership, brokers, regulators, and industry partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in financial performance management, pricing strategy, and revenue optimisation.
  • Track record of business transformation and growth leadership, driving digital and operational innovation.
