The Role

• Prepare and manage accurate estimates for modular home projects
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
• Interpret design and engineering drawings to scope requirements
• Maintain up-to-date cost databases for future tenders
• Communicate closely with design and production teams to align estimates
• Support the commercial team in preparing quotes and variations

The Criteria

• 12+ months as an Estimator in residential or modular construction
• Strong attention to detail and aptitude for numbers
• Familiarity with cost-estimation software and processes
• Effective communication and organisation skills
• Passion for sustainable, design-driven construction
