What will your typical day look like?
- Advising internal and external clients to help solve real-life business problems across diverse industries through use of design methodologies
- Performing “hands on” design support for our design system – designing new components and variables ready for build
- Prepare and facilitate workshops to gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, SMEs and internal/external stakeholders
- Rapid prototyping and testing using a blend of AI tools
- Collaborate across multiple software teams to champion design best practices
- Work with engineers, data scientists and stakeholders across disciplines
- Bring an experimental mindset — comfortable testing new tools, workflows across the e2e design process
- Collaborating with our InnerSource platform team to provide world-class experience across the software development life cycle
- Maintain an enterprise level design system: this includes creating a component using auto layout, variables, grid systems, style systems and variants
- Ability to prompt effectively for design ideation, UI generation, or content generation, understanding how to validate and refine AI-generated outputs to maintain design quality
- Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Experience with building React components for design libraries and demonstrate usage of AI tools
- Familiar with design-to-code workflows and bridging design systems into production-ready code
- Involvement in identifying trends and innovation in design industry to unlock workflow efficiencies for the firm

You are someone with:
- A minimum 5 years relevant work experience (start-ups and other related fields) pushing the boundaries of modern design
- Bachelor of Design (top-tier institutions preferred) or similar
- Strong UX capabilities with experience of design thinking, human centred design and LeanUX methodologies
- Strong UI portfolio of b2b or complex web applications
- Front-end coding experience with React
- Experience with GenAI tools that augment the e2e design process
- Experience creating and maintaining components for a design system
- Ability to turn complex business problems into simple and engaging products
- Well-developed workshop facilitation skills and strong stakeholder management
- Motivated self-starter with exceptional energy and drive
