The Role

As a Draftsperson, you’ll play a key role in turning bespoke designs into reality — working on everything from luxurious single and double-storey homes to small-medium commercial projects.

• Develop precise architectural drawings for high-end residential builds
• Liaise with design consultants, estimators and clients to refine and finalise plans
• Maintain up-to-date drawings throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist with council approvals and compliance requirements
• Prepare concept sketches and 3D visualisations as required
• Support the design team with client variations and ongoing updates

The Criteria

• 2+ years’ drafting experience, ideally with residential/custom homes
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD; Lumion experience highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and passion for high-end design
• Familiarity with council regulations and approval processes
• Ability to work to deadlines in a collaborative, team-focused environment
