About The Role
We're seeking a proactive and strategic Learning & Development professional to lead initiatives that cultivate a high-performance, future-ready culture. This pivotal role offers autonomy and influence—empowering you to design and deliver innovative programs that unlock capability across the organisation.
As the internal L&D expert, you’ll partner closely with the HR team and business leaders as a trusted internal consultant. You’ll support all aspects of capability development, contributing to cultural transformation, enhanced performance, and measurable business outcomes.

About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute the organisation-wide learning strategy in alignment with business goals and the 70:20:10 learning model.
- Design and facilitate high-impact programs, including RISE, Leading Self, Elevate, and tailored workshops to enhance internal productivity and technical capability.
- Administer signature initiatives such as MentorMe, Lunch & Learn, and the quarterly We Learn calendar via the Learning Hub.
- Manage annual compliance training, including tracking completion and resolving LMS-related issues for managers and team members.
- Conduct needs analyses across business streams/functions to inform capability development strategies and interventions.
- Monitor L&D trends and proactively recommend innovative programs that support evolving organisational needs.
- Track learning metrics, including annual hours and program feedback, to assess impact and inform continuous improvement.
- Partner with external providers to source, deliver, and evaluate high-value learning solutions that align with strategic priorities.
- Support HR team as an internal consultant, offering advice and co-creating learning initiatives that drive cultural and performance transformation.
- Champion a learning culture, embedding development into day-to-day practices and supporting a high-performance, future-ready workforce.

Experience working within a broad standalone L&D role managing multiple priorities and partnering with cross-business stakeholders;
- 3-4 years experience in a stand alone Learning and development specialist role accountable for the development and delivery of training programs
- A strong understanding of adult learning principles, with proven experience in organisational capability consulting with a wide variety of cross- business stakeholders;
- Experience in workshop and blended learning program/content design and delivery, and strong facilitation experience;
- Experience in facilitating and driving leadership learning interventions;
- Knowledge of OD theory such as drivers of team and organisation performance, group dynamics, systems theory, human-centred design.
- Working knowledge of HRIS & LMS platforms and MO 365 | Teams | SharePoint, Co-Pilot & other generative AI
