Due to our client's continued growth, we are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Lawyer (Minimum 2 Years PAE) to join their Caboolture Office team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Preparing court documents, such as affidavits, pleadings, and submissions.
  • Liaising with clients, barristers, and other legal professionals.
  • Attending court as required; and
  • Provide high quality legal information, advice and representation within our generalist legal practice.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to maintain accuracy and composure under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Initiative to seek further opportunities and self-motivated.
  • A current driver's licence, as travel is required to various courts.
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for building a career in Criminal, Family and Wills & Estates;
