Account Manager

The Opportunity

Paragon Care, a leader in healthcare solutions across Australia, provides advanced capital equipment, including imaging systems and laboratory tools, to clinical, research, and life sciences customers. Our mission is to enhance patient outcomes through innovative products and exceptional service!

We’re seeking a motivated Account Manager to drive growth across Victoria, with travel opportunities included! You’ll identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and work closely with customers, internal teams, and service engineers to deliver tailored solutions and exceed sales targets

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and increase revenue in capital equipment and imaging products.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, laboratories, universities, and research institutions.
• Manage the tender process, ensuring accurate quotes and compliance with business requirements.
• Track and maintain an active sales pipeline while providing regular updates on forecasts and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet customer needs.
• Provide product presentations and ensure a smooth after-sales service experience.

About You

• Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally with capital equipment or technical products.
• Previous experience in driving commercial outcomes in the health care/Research sector and ideally with Capital Equipment sales and technical experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, Strategic mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working across departments and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with change management is a bonus.
