Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Create and Evolve Brain Lifts: Develop and maintain a dynamic knowledge base that enhances our AI capabilities, guides strategic decisions, and demonstrates deep domain mastery.
- Drive Weekly Product Victories: Lead rapid, data-informed product iterations that deliver measurable improvements in student learning outcomes.
- Master the Learning Domain: Immerse yourself in educational science and technology, building the expertise needed to make informed decisions that shape the future of learning.
- Getting lost in traditional product management bureaucracy - no endless roadmap discussions or backlog grooming
- Dragging out development cycles - we believe in weekly shipping, not month-long feature builds
- Creating unnecessary documentation - forget about lengthy PRDs and exhaustive requirement documents
- Making technical architecture decisions - we have brilliant engineers for that
AI Product Lead key responsibilities
- Proven track record with 4+ years in product leadership, where you've been the driving force behind product vision and strategy
- Success story of launching a complete product from ground zero to user adoption (internal tools or feature additions don't count)
- Demonstrated passion for AI technology and its practical applications in daily product work
