Creative Account Strategist – Meta Ads + Client Growth (Construction & Trades)

Hybrid | 3 Days in Office – The Commons, Cremorne | Full-Time | $90K–$100K + Bonus Pathway

We’re Uprise Digital — a creative-led growth agency that helps construction and trades businesses scale like DTC brands. Our niche is unsexy, but the work is elite. We run end-to-end funnels, write punchy ad copy, and create real sales outcomes — not fluff or vanity metrics.


We’re looking for a Creative Account Strategist who thrives at the intersection of:

  • Strategic thinking
  • Direct-response creativity
  • Meta ad performance
  • Client relationship ownership

  • This role is designed for someone who wants to own both the outcome and the relationship — like a mini head of growth for each client.


    What You'll Own

    You’ll manage 20–30 client accounts (only 5–7 need heavy input per fortnight) and be responsible for driving performance and creative strategy across each.

    That means:

    • Leading client relationships — fortnightly calls, clear guidance, calm under pressure
    • Owning Meta ad strategy — campaign builds, testing, copywriting, creative angles
    • Writing or overseeing video scripts, UGC briefs, carousel copy, and landing page messaging
    • Providing sales support and funnel guidance — helping clients close leads, not just get them
    • Spotting performance issues before they escalate — then building and launching new creative solutions fast
    • Collaborating with our internal team (copy, design, dev, offshore VAs) to keep everything moving
    • Thinking like a business partner — not an order taker


    You’ll work closely with the founder (former Creative Director for MTV, Spotify) and operate out of The Commons in Cremorne, surrounded by Australia’s sharpest startups and creative teams.


    You’re a Fit If You:
    • Have 3+ years in Meta ads + account/client management
    • Can write direct-response copy and briefs that drive action (not just pretty words)
    • Have strong experience working with trades, construction, or high-ticket service brands
    • Are comfortable running strategy calls, giving sales direction, and earning client trust
    • Understand how to build offers, test creative angles, and improve lead quality
    • Have working knowledge of Meta Events, GHL, and light CRM logic
    • Operate independently — you're proactive, not passive


    Who You’ll Work With
    • 3-person Melbourne team across creative, strategy, and operations
    • 3 offshore VAs supporting campaign setup, admin, and reporting
    • Founder with creative and strategic background — you’ll be mentored and challenged
    • Clients doing $1M–$10M+ in revenue, mostly trades, construction, solar, and home services
