About The Opportunity
Are you a Locum CT Radiographer looking for your next opportunity?
We’re seeking a dedicated professional to join our Brisbane clinic on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment while enjoying the lifestyle of one of Australia’s most vibrant cities.
The ideal candidate will be confident in CT, including cannulation, and comfortable working independently. Our clinic is equipped with a Siemens CT scanner and a FUJI Medical FDR Smart system, allowing for the delivery of high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced, supportive environment. *Please note accommodation is not provided for this role. *
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care, prioritising patient welfare and confidentiality.
- Interpret radiological requests and perform procedures in compliance with legislation and departmental policies.
- Maintain optimal image quality and ensure examinations deliver diagnostic information relevant to clinic requirements.
- Commit to continuous improvement by maintaining current knowledge and upskilling in new techniques and advancements.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring
- Prior experience as a Radiographer in General X-Ray and CT.
- Hold the appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography and will have a current AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use License.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to high-quality patient-centred care.
