The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the sales operations within one of our Aveo retirement communities located in Brisbane. You'll ensure a professional image is upheld in relation to the sales office, as well as during interactions with potential buyers, outgoing residents and their representatives. You will have the support of our award-winning marketing and contact centre team to drive interest and prospective leads.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity.

What you'll bring:

• Current Real Estate Certificate (essential)
• Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on telephone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft suite, database management (CRM System) and Outlook
• Empathy with elderly people and previous retirement industry experience (advantageous, not essential)
• Understanding of legal process/settlement procedures
• A high level of presentation and grooming standards
