As a part of the Consumer unit, you will bring together systems, processes and people that deliver this experience across the customer touchpoints and customer lifecycle.
Role Purpose
The Senior Compliance and Risk Manager is accountable for end-to-end management of Superloop’s Consumer compliance and risk management activities, including management of regulatory change and ‘business as usual’ compliance.

Role Purpose
The Senior Compliance and Risk Manager is accountable for end-to-end management of Superloop’s Consumer compliance and risk management activities, including management of regulatory change and ‘business as usual’ compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Superloop’s Risk Management Framework within the Consumer Business Unit
- Maintain and monitor compliance with regulatory obligations
- Track, oversee, and assess regulatory changes relevant to the Consumer Business Unit
- Lead regulatory change initiatives within the Consumer Business Unit
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of embedded Business Unit controls
- Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of group-wide compliance and risk initiatives
- Contribute to the maintenance of Superloop’s compliance plan
- Provide pragmatic, commercially focused compliance and risk advice
- Support the development of Consumer training and knowledge management activities
- Complete control assurance reviews
- Act as the Consumer Business Unit representative in regulatory-related activities
- Contribute to periodic compliance reporting for senior management and the Board
- 5+ years’ experience in compliance and/or risk management within a medium to large sized organisation
- Strong experience working within the telecommunications industry
- Experience in co-ordinating/implementing complex compliance and risk projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence change
- Ability to balance multiple priorities across complex regulatory environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in business continuity management is desirable.
