We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist – Endotherapy to manage a portfolio of consumable and capital products across a defined territory. Reporting to the Sales Manager – Urology/ET South, this role is key to driving sales growth and market share through effective account management, clinical engagement, and territory development. You will work collaboratively with a broader sales team to deliver value to our customers and represent the Olympus brand with excellence. Expect a dynamic and customer-facing role, where your technical knowledge and relationship-building skills will make a measurable impact in the healthcare sector.

You will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales and gross profit targets across the assigned territory
  • Developing in-depth product and clinical knowledge to support customer needs
  • Building strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and converting leads into sales
  • Providing market insights and contributing to marketing and promotional activities
  • Coordinating product demonstrations and collaborating with internal teams

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a combination of clinical understanding, commercial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven sales success, ideally within a medical or healthcare-related field
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or professional sales training preferred
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • High levels of self-motivation, accountability, and a strong customer-first mindset
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for making a difference in patient outcomes
  • The ability to understand and work within complex healthcare environments
