What You'll Be Doing
- As a key member of the Staffing Team, you’ll partner closely with our Operational departments to:
- Build and publish compliant, timely rosters using Humanforce
- Collaborate with Event Owners to develop workforce deployment plans that balance coverage, cost, and capability
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing engagement of our casual workforce
- Bring the fun — create engaging internal content like Facebook posts, birthday emails, Fans First announcements, and staff party invites
- Be the first point of contact for our casual team of 3,000+ providing day-to-day support, answering queries, and promoting wellbeing
- Support the delivery of world-class experiences on event days by assisting with staff movements, welfare, and last-minute changes
- Manage performance issues with empathy and structure, including investigations and development plans
- Partner with P&C, Safety and Ops teams on workers’ compensation and return-to-work cases
What You’ll Bring
- 1-2 years experience in rostering, staffing, or workforce coordination
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to spot issues before they arise
- Great communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Experience using Humanforce (or a similar workforce management system) (preferred)
- The confidence to navigate difficult conversations while maintaining strong relationships
- A passion for events, people, and creating a positive team culture
- Creativity and initiative — you don’t wait to be told; you jump in and improve things
