Triumph Australia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development & Retail Manager, AUNZ to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic business growth and managing retail operations to ensure exceptional customer experience.
The Business Development & Retail Manager, AUNZ will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, managing existing retail operations, and ensuring optimal customer experience while meeting financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the business, including new markets, product lines, or customer segments.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Create and present business proposals to secure new business.
- Participate in sales efforts, promote products or services, and contribute to marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate and draft contracts with clients and suppliers.
Retail Management:
- Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including staff management, inventory control, and store presentation.
- Drive sales and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure staff delivers outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping environment.
- Ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and appeal.
Others:
- Manage expense, track sales and monitor key performance indicators to analyze business performance, identify trends, and report on retail performance.
- Ensure financial and sales targets are achieved.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business development professionals and retail staff.
Your ideal Profile:
- At least 5 years of management experience within a retail store environment (eg Store manager, Cluster Manager, Area Manager, etc).
- Experience managing multiple stores and wholesale operations is preferred.
- Experience in lingerie, footwear, and/or apparel is essential.
- Ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Strong focus on driving sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to foster a positive customer experience within the retail environment.
- Priority will be given to Australian residents who do not need current or future sponsorship.
