As our highly valued Service Quality Manager based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne you report directly to the Head of Sales and Distribution and work alongside a high-performing leadership team that includes Regional Managers, National Lending Managers, and Sales Excellence Leads.

While this role has no direct reports, you’ll play a key coordination and enablement role across the entire function, connecting with stakeholders in CX, Risk, Enablement, People & Culture, and Product.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Enable the Head of Sales and Distribution to lead with precision through structured planning, reporting, and prioritisation.
  • Coordinate the operating rhythm of the function – from leadership forums to strategic planning and action tracking.
  • Lead initiatives to uplift service quality, compliance confidence, and customer experience outcomes.
  • Help drive consistency and clarity across sales processes, team enablement, and frontline execution.
  • Surface and translate insights from customers, brokers, and staff to inform action.
  • Be the go-to for turning complexity into clarity – and strategy into action.
  • Drive alignment and progress against the Sales & Distribution strategic plan
  • Manage operating rhythms: LT meetings, planning days, business reviews, and action registers
  • Prepare executive-ready communications, presentations, and reporting packs


Do things differently with us

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 5 years in financial services or a fast-paced customer-led environment
  • Experience in enablement, business management, strategy delivery or transformation roles
  • Strong working knowledge of sales or distribution environments
  • Track record of supporting executive leaders and coordinating high-impact initiatives innovation.
