We are seeking a talented and experienced Demand and Inventory Planning Manager to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, AU.
As a Demand and Inventory Planning Manager, you will oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, from demand forecasting to physical stock management. Your role is crucial in ensuring the right products are available to meet customer needs while minimizing costs and waste. This position is vital for efficient supply chain operations, helping us avoid stock outs and overstocking.

Your responsibilities:
- Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and other factors to predict future product demand.
- Inventory Planning: Determine optimal inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers and warehouses.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on inventory performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and other teams to align demand plans with business goals.
Your ideal Profile:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail, particularly lingerie, undergarments, or apparel.
- Managed large SKUs of products or multi-SKU within one style.
- Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of commercial financials will be nice to have.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems and other relevant inventory management software.
- Excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to demand and inventory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Priority will be given to Australian residents who do not need current or future sponsorship.
