We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to work closely with the Head of Marketing and other key internal stakeholders to manage business-critical marketing projects and execute all brand, marketing, and communication initiatives. This position is responsible for leading an engaged team of marketers, working collaboratively with Centre staff and CSO departments to achieve our enquiry and retention targets.

About the role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering quarterly marketing campaign plans to Operations and relative business units and overseeing local area marketing activities, events, and other business initiatives.
  • Utilising business reporting data to forecast and achieve enquiry and tour targets.
  • Partnering with external media providers to ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns
  • Planning, monitoring and completing administrative tasks associated with department budget.
  • Providing operations team with relevant competitor analysis, customer research, training, support and execution of customised marketing collateral and strategies.
  • Developing / streamlining cross-brand marketing and centre presentation collateral / resources
  • Project managing video and photography for projects and campaigns and branding and re-branding project execution across brands
  • With team support, executing all communication elements required for core brand strategy across multiple channels including website, social and traditional.
  • Planning, producing and coordinating team support for paid and organic content, graphic design to withhold the integrity of the overall brand
  • Developing a customer retention plan and report on outcomes as they are achieved and executing internal and/or external key branding /business communication

About You:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, media, journalism and/or communications.
  • Right to work within Australia.
  • Availability to participate in some out of hours work activities as required.
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in direct marketing and communication roles
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in leadership role
  • Experience in executing a vision and developing and implementing marketing and communication plans
  • Experience working in a complex, fast-paced Organisation
  • Strategic planning experience and ability to adapt and thrive

Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, based in Brisbane (CBD).
