Your Mission
As a Technical Product Manager at Propeller, your mission is to enable our platform squads to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that fuel customer success and business growth.
You'll work closely with our API squad to unlock internal data, enabling enterprise customers to seamlessly integrate with the tools they already use—driving greater value, deeper engagement, and long-term adoption of our platform.
You'll also support our Core Apps squad by working closely with our Revenue Ops team in strategic initiatives like re-tiering the platform to unlock new revenue opportunities, and help scale our Go-To-Market operations by ensuring they have the right systems and tools in place.
In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of technical problem-solving and cross-functional alignment—working with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders across various business units to reduce friction, improve collaboration, and build the internal and external platforms that power Propeller’s growth.
Your Skills
- You are a nimble systems thinker who can break down complex problems, prioritize effectively, coordinate cross-functional efforts and drive projects to timely completion while maintaining high quality.
- You bring a solid foundation in Computer Science or Software Engineering and can work effectively with engineering teams
- You are experienced with APIs, SDKs, and 3rd party integrations, especially for customer-facing technical products
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable language that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You have worked in SaaS in a Technical Product Management role
- You have experience in finance or revenue-related projects, especially with payment systems and RevOps teams
