- Start on a Monday–Friday day shift; towards the end of the year, we’ll transitioning later this year to a 24/7 operation with rotating day and night shifts — all while maintaining a strong focus on work-life balance
- Manage daily operations, monitor system performance, and address technical challenges
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain high service quality standards and meet customer expectations
- CMMS Reporting, oversee accurate reporting and tracking of maintenance activities
- Set and achieve KPIs for operational performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning
- Use data-driven insights for performance and development decisions
- Support career growth through personalised coaching and development plans
- Encourage reporting of unsafe conditions and suggest improvements
- Keep employees updated on safety practices and track safety incidents
- Ensure the performance and reliability of the automated system and Shift Teams
- Enhance team skills and implement improvements for system efficiency
- Minimize downtime and maintain operational flow using data insights
- Address inquiries promptly and maintain clear communication
- Ensure thorough handovers and conduct root cause analysis for errors
- Enhance problem-solving and innovation through team development
- Promote a culture of ownership, responsibility, and respect
- Focus on continual learning and professional development
- Use operational data for quality control and recommend improvements
- Engage the team with recognition, rewards, and growth opportunities
- A degree, diploma, or certificate in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience leading technical teams in an automated environment is a plus
- Strong strategic planning skills for site development and enhancing team capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, both in writing and verbally
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, control system reports, and diagnostics for efficient equipment management
- Ability to act as a technical point of contact during escalations and incidents, handling requests from both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) is beneficial
