Join the CHC 2028 Transformation Office as a key partner to business leaders on impactful projects driving operational efficiency and growth. You will lead the creation of growth strategies and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance processes, playing a pivotal role in the Transformation Office's success. This role is based in our Perth office.
Your responsibilities will be diverse and adaptable, tailored to each initiative, and may encompass the following tasks:
- Owns the production of core weekly Transformation Office documents & analytics
- Prepare the CTO for weekly TO meetings, engaging directly with workstreams to drive strategic discussions and decision-making.
- Chairs the Australian SteerCo, drives governance and providing updates into the global CHC 2028 SteerCo.
- Partners with the CTO and wider stakeholders to solve high-visibility problems
- Acts as the first point of contact for Workstream Leads in need of help driving Initiatives forward
- Participates in team problem solving discussions with initiative owners and workstream leads to drive improvement initiative forward
- Drives and champions adherence to the Wave tool and the Transformation program principles
- Effectively utilizes a "challenger" mindset to breakdown roadblocks, align on decisions, and coordinate the solution between the TO and workstreams
- Is a sounding board for the CTO and TO in preparation for key working sessions and presentations
- Co-ordinate training, communication and support for Transformation participants
- Mentoring CHC functional teams based on analytical insights and research
- Coordinate regional new user training delivery: business rules, Wave processes & new features
- Ensures initiative owners compliance with project change management for key business issues (e.g. training & communications plans, risk assessment, project management)
- Create content to support education of new features, business rules, processes
- Distribute invitations, maintain and track training attendance and effectivity.
- Support work stream leads with process improvement initiatives workshops, process mapping, root cause analysis , etc.)
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience influence teams of employees through an operational turnaround of significant
step-change - Track record of consistently delivering high-impact results
- Excellent problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- 5 years of business experience (e.g. process reengineering, quantitative analysis, project
management) - Strong knowledge of analytical tools and must be a proven leader with a high degree of
confidence, tenacity, and a passion to succeed. - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work with a wide range of
sensitive and confidential issues - Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in working within an agile, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment
- Travel within country, up to 50%, must be eligible for international travel
- Must be well organized, yet comfortable in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
