Key Responsibilities
- Lead a regional workstream for customer connections and fault management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including contractors, field teams, and NBN representatives
- Drive weekly performance reviews, reporting on quality, safety, and delivery metrics
- Develop and maintain key project documentation and training materials
- Support onboarding of new technicians and team members
- Analyse cost data, manage procurement, and negotiate with suppliers
- Conduct trend analysis and resource forecasting for efficient project planning
- Ensure compliance with internal systems and industry standards
- Participate in audits, risk assessments, and process improvement initiatives
