Join a forward-thinking legal and investment technology firm as their new End-user Support Specialist, where you'll play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality IT support across desktop, hardware, software, and mobile systems. This is a permanent, full-time position based in the Brisbane CBD with flexible hybrid working (2–3 days WFH).

What you’ll do:

  • Configure, deploy, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications
  • Troubleshoot user issues in-person and remotely
  • Use Microsoft SCCM for application deployment and support
  • Set up and manage mobile devices using Apple DEP and Intune
  • Provide Tier 1/2 support across networking, VPN, MFA, and software environments
  • Manage SOE builds, Active Directory, Group Policy, and end-user environments
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to drive IT performance improvements


What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in Tier 1/2 end user support roles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, O365, Active Directory, and Intune
  • Familiarity with SCCM, SOE environments, Exchange/SharePoint, and PowerShell
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Relevant qualifications in ICT, Business, or a related field
