About The Role
Reporting to the IT Portfolio Manager, our End User Service Delivery Technical Lead plays a critical part in aligning End User Services with Elders’ strategic goals, improving service quality, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for our workforce.
As our End User Service Delivery Technical Lead, you will manage and enhance our enterprise-wide end-user IT environment. This is a dynamic role that will see you overseeing support operations, lead EUS projects, and drive the adoption of modern workplace technologies. Working closely with vendors and internal teams, you'll ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services for staff across all sites.

As our End User Service Delivery Technical Lead, you will manage and enhance our enterprise-wide end-user IT environment. This is a dynamic role that will see you overseeing support operations, lead EUS projects, and drive the adoption of modern workplace technologies. Working closely with vendors and internal teams, you'll ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services for staff across all sites.
Responsibilities
As the EUS Delivery Technical Lead, you will:
- Oversee daily EUS operations, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations
- Monitor and manage service provider performance against SLAs and KPIs; lead regular reviews and drive improvements
- Lead new technology initiatives, including testing and implementation of new tools and platforms
- Coordinate resource planning, demand forecasting, and capacity management across support teams and vendors
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues related to Windows, Intune, device deployments, and application packaging
- Foster a safe, collaborative, and user-focused culture aligned with Elders’ values and WHS requirements
To be successful, you have:
- Minimum 5yrs experience in a senior End User Service Delivery or technical lead role in a large, complex IT environment
- Certified and proficient using O365, Intune, Azure AD, Windows, Citrix, and virtual desktop technologies
- Proven leadership in managing teams, vendors, and end-user support services with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Skilled in incident management, service reporting, and driving continuous improvement through analytics and KPIs
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Relevant qualifications and certifications, including a Bachelor’s in IT and ITIL v3 or v4 (Microsoft certifications desirable)
