We want to make our guests’ experiences truly memorable from the very first moment they set foot in one of our hotels. To set the right tone, we’re looking for a Concierge capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
- Assisting guests with luggage, organising transportation, valet parking and fulfilling a variety of other needs the guests may have
- Staying one step of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
- Completing other ad-hoc duties as requested to assist the front office team to fulfilling guest needs
- An unrestricted drivers licence (manual required)
- Ability to lift, pull and push large objects up to 23kg
- A friendly smile, you'll be our guests first point of contact entering our hotel.
- Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
- Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
