Product Coordinator (Cruise) - Broadbeach, QLD

Our Cruise division is on a mission to open a world of happiness for our suppliers, people, and customers.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Daily Adventure ):

• Provide support to the Product Manager
• Assist with the set-up, maintenance and management of all rates and products
• Work closely with Sales team to deliver key product information to consultants, along with handling troubleshoots
• Work closely with external partners including but not limited to hotel suppliers, channel managers, tour operators
• Ensuring that all packages are correct and current on all applicable websites
• Rates analysis on a frequent basis
• Assist with researching products and other tours and attractions to have included or as upsells
• Weekly checks of rates and inventory on product advertised in market
  
  

Who You Are (if this sounds like you, we want you yesterday!):

• You’ve got at least 12 months’ experience in retail or wholesale travel
• Cruise? You know it, love it, and can talk about it in your sleep
• You have eagle-eye attention to detail and sharp written communication skills
