About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and agile Executive Assistant to support the General Manager Strategy & Architecture and the General Manager Domain Management. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires exceptional organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior leaders.

As a key interface to both internal and external stakeholders, you will thrive in a high-performance environment, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to two senior executives with professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
  • Manage complex calendars, triage emails, and prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate business meetings, including organizing half-yearly leadership offsites/workshops for both teams and the broader SLT.
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international business travel, including complex itineraries and expense tracking.
  • Act as the primary liaison for external partners such as Microsoft, Gartner, Deloitte, and Databricks, managing scheduling and stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, and manage service requests (e.g., RTTMS tickets).
  • Support the implementation of administrative standards, policies, and practices across the organization.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate agility in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a similar executive support role within a global organization, working across multiple time zones and business units.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a high sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual capabilities (e.g., French or Mongolian) are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability.
