As part of Siemens’ exciting growth, a new Team Assistant role has been created to support our dynamic and collaborative Electrification and Automation team. This role plays a vital part in keeping daily operations running smoothly within a successful global business known for innovation and a positive, inclusive work culture.
About the Role:
The Team Assistant will be the go-to person for a variety of daily administrative and operational tasks that keep the team efficient and connected. From managing schedules to coordinating travel and onboarding new team members, this role is essential in supporting the team’s success.
We are open to this being a full-time role or part-time 0.8 FTE (4 days) position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete diverse day-to-day administrative tasks to support team operations
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and analyse monthly budget activity
- Schedule appointments and meetings, taking minutes and preparing protocols
- Manage and coordinate all travel arrangements, ensuring smooth itineraries
- Prepare meeting documents, presentations, reports, and statistical charts
- Handle expense reports and reconcile travel and expenses efficiently
- Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems, ensuring information flow is seamless
- Onboard new employees, supporting their smooth integration into the team
- Order catering for meetings and team events
- Assist with the integration of new office technologies and systems
