The Opportunity
CSR are looking for a commercially savvy Product Manager with a technical edge to join our high-performing team based in North Ryde. If you're passionate about creating industry-best products, driving profitability, and delivering insight-led innovation—this is your next move.
Key Responsibilities
- Boost profitability by launching new products, optimising existing ranges, and reviewing lifecycle performance.
- Position our products as quality and compliance leaders in the market.
- Deliver insights through competitor analysis and market intelligence to shape strategy.
- Identify untapped opportunities and develop business cases to increase market share.
- Manage end-to-end SKU lifecycle and maintain product master data and collateral.
- Ensure compliance with standards, and regularly update technical documentation and installation advice.
- Engage with customers and sales teams to gather installer and user insights.
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders through product training, content, and presentations.
- Manage samples and digital information systems (PIM, DAM, Connect).
- Champion quality and assist in resolving standard warranty issues.
- A keen eye for detail and a drive to be the go-to technical expert.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual.
- Solid understanding of the building industry and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in product or technical management within a trade, construction, or building environment.
- Tertiary qualifications required; STEM backgrounds are highly regarded.
- Passion for continuous improvement and best practice adoption.
