Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, ANZ, this role is a leading contributor, requiring a high level of independence to provide direction and mentoring to others to deliver excellence in customer engagement, product representation and sales performance. The role requires an experienced sales trainer who has the passion, experience and know-how to inspire people to sell through outstanding customer engagement.
This role will consult and work closely with Internal stakeholders to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet business objectives and deliver growth in line with CooperVision’s strategy to become No.1 in ANZ.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Planning and Delivering Training Programs
- Impacting and Improving Sales Performance
- Sales & Product training Development
- Cross functional collaboration
- Program Management & Reporting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of sales processes, account management, and customer relationship strategies
- Experience developing coaching tools, frameworks, or sales capability models
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution
- Data-literate: familiarity with CRM tools and able to interpret sales and performance data to inform decision-making
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously in the field
- Ideally certified in Professional Selling Skills (PSS); HBDI; Situational Leadership or other relevant sales and behaviour methodologies
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales training and coaching, preferably in both a field-based and key account capacity with a strong background in medical devices or a similar industry
