The Opportunity
As the National Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of major national marketing campaigns that drive enrolments, enhance brand equity, and support business growth.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role requiring a dynamic marketer with strong team management skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and the experience to collaborate effectively across business functions. You’ll oversee creative development, paid and owned media execution, centre-level marketing support tools, and family communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership by developing and executing the overarching marketing strategy aligned with G8 Education’s growth objectives and organisational priorities.
- Collaborate with media and digital marketing teams to optimise all tactical outputs and ensure accurate performance tracking.
- Oversee creative development and content production across all paid and owned media channels.
- Ensure campaign delivery meets agreed timelines and budget parameters.
- Manage and evolve marketing support tools for centres, enabling local amplification of key messages.
- Own the development and delivery of family-facing communications, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance.
- Partner with digital teams to develop performance dashboards and insights reports to inform decision-making and optimisation.
- Lead marketing innovation, including adoption of new platforms, tools, and digital best practices.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team.
- Engage extensively with key stakeholders including the Operations Team, Education Team and Centre Managers in the development and delivery of marketing strategies and events
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, events or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience (7–10+ years) in senior marketing leadership and strategy positions.
- Demonstrated experience (7–10+ years) leading high-performing marketing teams, with a strong track record of mentoring, developing, and inspiring talent to deliver results.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Commercial acumen and ability to interpret data.
- Strong background in creative briefing, campaign analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Extensive experience managing budgets and working with media, creative, and digital agencies.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and project management skills.
- Proven ability to produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated and able to manage tasks autonomously.
- Ability to travel to Centres as required.
- Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
