Your new role

Take on this key leadership role and oversee the delivery of accessible and inclusive services to diverse communities.

Your expertise in developing, implementing and driving consistent high quality, customer centric and cultur-ally competent programs and services will enable you to lead this key portfolio of programs.

As a champion of innovative, evidenced and trauma informed approaches to enhance service design, delivery and consumer participation you will seamlessly build and maintain sustainable partnerships to enhance ser-vice delivery.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human/community services
  • Current valid driver’s license

Experience

  • Minimum five years’ experience in overseeing large and diverse community service portfolios.
  • Participating in executive-level sector and community forums, influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
