The Role
CDC NSW is growing, and we have a new position of Performance Supervisor within our Operations team. This role will be responsible for the analysis, identification and making continuous improvement in operational performance outcomes.
This role will involve the interrogation of various internal and external data sources to recommend and implement sustainable solutions. Build positive relationships and work with people to deliver improved customer experience for those travelling on our services.
This is Full time permanent role based in Seven Hills but will require flexibility for travel to other locations when conducting in-field investigations or other duties on an ad-hoc basis.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Ability to use various tools, reports and databases to identify current performance and trends.
- Develop and prioritise targeted improvement plans.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to develop implement and embed sustainable solutions.
- Conduct performance discussions and coaching support for Drivers.
- Carry out in-field investigation and supervision.
- Undertake regular audits in relation to service quality, fleet presentation.
- Root cause analysis (RCA) and deep dive of various operational challenges and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Reporting management on operational performance.
- Undertake projects and ongoing works outside of the specific primary responsibilities detailed above.
- Proven experience in reporting & analysis.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous.
- Ability to establish positive relationships and gain cooperation with people.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail.
