- Develop and implement the overall business strategy for Suddenly, aligning with market trends, client needs, and company goals
- Lead efforts to grow existing business and secure new business with YOY % revenue growth from clients.
- Lead a team based in Melbourne and interstate to design and implement content strategies tailored to client objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting omnichannel content partnership solutions that exceed expectations
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the agency’s content offerings innovative and competitive.
- Refine content strategies based on data insights, audience feedback, and market trends to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

- Manage and inspire a team of content creators, including writers & designers, ensuring that all content meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Role must be based in our Southbank, Melbourne office.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of the content marketing, creative media industry, digital marketing trends, and how consumer behaviour drives the approach to content strategy and production.
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with a strong focus on commercial outcomes, such as sales, lead generation, and audience growth.
- Strong understanding of using digital analytics tools to measure content performance and optimise strategies.
