About the Role
As a Systems & Project Administrator, you’ll be responsible for executing data transactions and supporting asset and maintenance operations across platforms like SAP and Maximo. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage work order data in SAP, Maximo, and related systems.
- Review and process asset service reports and data forms.
- Support asset creation and updates in work order systems.
- Resolve data and transaction issues in collaboration with the Systems Team.
- Maintain training and compliance records for maintenance and project personnel.
- Prepare and distribute monthly communications and labour data reports.
- Ensure compliance with Beakon and other internal systems.
- Experience with data systems and transactional processes.
- Strong written communication and IT skills.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal abilities.
- A collaborative mindset and adaptability in complex environments.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Timely and accurate data transactions in SAP and Maximo.
- High-quality asset data and service report integration.
- Strong alignment with stakeholders on data standards and quality.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
