About The Role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across our Store Support Office, Distribution Centre and national store network. You’ll be responsible for triaging and resolving Level 1 technical issues, supporting end users, and helping keep our tech running smoothly every day.

About The Role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across our Store Support Office, Distribution Centre and national store network. You’ll be responsible for triaging and resolving Level 1 technical issues, supporting end users, and helping keep our tech running smoothly every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing responsive Level 1 support via phone, email, remote access and on-site visits
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities
- Escalating Priority 1 incidents in line with Major Incident protocols
- Maintaining accurate ticket records and meeting SLA targets
- Coordinating device replacements and ensuring efficient asset management
