Key Responsibilities
- Analyse participant records to make informed funding decisions aimed at reducing overspending
- Engage with participants and their representatives via phone to understand current circumstances and spending patterns
- Maintain accurate and high-quality records in internal systems in line with standard operating procedures
- Research and review decisions while managing moderately complex cases with support
- Complete administrative and data entry tasks related to participant planning
- Help the team meet planning targets and key performance indicators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with IT systems and data management
- Ability to interpret and apply policy and procedural guidance
- A team-oriented, proactive, and flexible mindset
