The West Region Delivery Team (WRDT) consortium comprises Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure and Fulton Hogan for construction, Programmed for maintenance and facility management, and Stantec and Atlas for design and engineering.
WRDT operates under a collaborative contracting framework – Partnering for Success (P4S) – and is delivering design, construction, maintenance and facility management services for Sydney Water’s 10-year infrastructure program across wastewater, water and recycled water systems.
About The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our commercial team, supporting the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Western Sydney.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for administering subcontracts, processing payment claims and variations, assisting with procurement activities and ensuring accurate project cost reporting. Working closely with the project team, you’ll play a key role in delivering essential public infrastructure that supports growing communities.
This is a long-term opportunity to be part of a significant capital works program, within a collaborative and high-performing team.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
You’re an experienced Contract Administrator with 3–5 years in a commercial or contracts role, ideally within infrastructure/utilities. You bring strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset and the ability to support technically complex projects.

To Be Successful, You’ll Have
- Experience administering subcontracts, claims, variations and EOTs
- Bachelor of Construction Management, Finance or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Security of Payment Act (essential)
- Familiarity with project cost tracking, risk management and compliance
- Preferred experience in the water industry
- Knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
