The Opportunity:
The purpose of this role is to provide sound advice and support to the operating division on a broad range of HR policies and practices. The P&C Advisor will work closely with key stakeholders, develop an understanding of the business drivers and respond with appropriate operational human resource solutions.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external bodies
- Offer guidance on workplace relations, policies, remuneration, and conditions
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
- Implement a collaborative approach to staff disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
- Coach and mentor managers on skill development and competency-building
- Deliver timely HR metrics and support employee lifecycle processes
- Promote a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with Claro’s values
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a HR business partnering role within a matrix environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance
- High organisational skills with attention to detail
Additional Requirements:
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of current work rights in Australia
