  • Pay starting at $76,515

The Position:

The Marketing Territory Manager will assist in the implementation of circulation strategies and work with the marketing team to ensure customer satisfaction. The person will be responsible for acquiring and servicing new and existing contact points and data for the bulk distribution of our trade publications and websites. This position will focus on providing excellent customer service, learning and applying different marketing techniques, researching prospective distribution locations and contacting potential clients. Other responsibilities include website registrations, social media posting, entering auction results, and other miscellaneous projects that may be assigned.

This position will be based in Brisbane, but an exciting part of this role is the opportunity to travel to designated territories and trade shows to visit and work directly with customers. Sandhills Pacific pays for business-related travel expenses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/ marketing or other relevant degrees
  • Knowledge of the products and customers of the agricultural industry is not required but an eagerness to learn is essential!
  • Valid Australian driver’s license is essential
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge
  • Stable and progressive work history
  • Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment
  • Detail oriented – previous experience in data entry is desirable
  • Strong interest in travel and the ability to travel by air and ground
