We are now seeking our next “superhero” to join the CareSuper team on our exciting journey as we continue to grow and demonstrate that we truly care.


What the role looks like

Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will be a key contributor in the following areas:

  • Developing a broad internal communications strategy and framework to deliver human-centered engagement that brings our values and vison to life
  • Coordinating and proactively creating all communications and stakeholder management for business events (town halls, newsletters, intranet pages)
  • Coordinating and creating content that is cohesive, engaging, and aligned with our culture
  • Bringing people together through events by designing experiences that foster connection and engagement
  • Manage our internal branding, templates, and style guides to keep everything consistent across our platforms
  • Developing collateral
  • Leveraging staff engagement through platforms such as the intranet in line with the internal communications framework
  • Providing strategic advice on communication issues to senior leaders and teams
  • Providing advice and support on how best to optimise internal communications to be a high performing organisation


Who are we looking for?

We’re on the lookout for passionate individuals who embody our values. If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

  • Significant experience developing professional internal communications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite (inc. SharePoint), proficiency in design software, electronic comms platforms and social media
  • Strong knowledge of internal communications best practices, strategy development, and execution
  • Strong interpersonal / stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • The ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • A high level of attention to detail and quality
  • A strong sense of ethics and professionalism, with the ability to manage confidential data
  • The ability to train and impart technical skills to non-technical users
  • High levels of creativity and ability to brainstorm collectively, think on your feet, adapt plans and think flexibly
