About the Role
These roles are responsible for advising workers, employers and providers on workers compensation matters and taking ownership of a claim from initial lodgement through to service delivery and closure.
The roles are full-time and offered on a permanent or fixed-term basis according to business needs. They sit within our Workers Compensation Claims team, based at icare’s Parramatta office. At icare we employ a hybrid model, splitting the work week between home and the office, depending on operational requirement and the needs of our customers.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same, as a CMS or Claims Advisor you will:
- Assist the worker and employer with the claim process and provide support in the completion of relevant documents to ensure timely access to required services to support return to work and injury recovery.
- Develop strong customer relationships and provide a high level of customer service to all parties including workers, employers, providers, stakeholders, families and support networks.

- Provide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand including options about any claim, entitlements, obligations and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with Injury Management Specialists and Technical Specialists and other technical and support experts.
Skills & Experience
- 3 + years’ experience in personal injury, life insurance or workers compensation working on complex cases.
- Understanding of the legislation and regulatory framework relevant to Workers Insurance.
