We are entering an exciting new chapter as a standalone Research and Ratings provider which has resulted in the creation of this new Commercial Lawyer role.
About The Role:
The Salesforce Lead will manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, leveraging deep expertise in Salesforce CRM to develop, administer, and support the platform. Key duties include gathering user requirements, supporting around 50 users, promoting best practices across business units, and ensuring smooth system integration, upgrades, and backups.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Gathering – Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and goals, and document solution designs and estimates for new features.
- Salesforce Solution Development – Design and implement Salesforce solutions using tools like Apex and Lightning components, including custom configurations such as objects, workflows, and dashboards.
- System Administration & Maintenance – Manage roles, users, workflows, and other administrative settings, while maintaining performance through data cleansing, diagnostics, and regular upkeep.
- User Training & Support – Train users on new functionality and provide ongoing support to encourage adoption and effective use of the platform. Integration & Legacy Platform Transition – Work with the technology team on integrations and support the phasing out of the existing Force.com
About You:
- Tertiary (preferably post-graduate) qualifications in Business, Data, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent comparable work experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong, hands-on expertise in Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, Workflows, Process Builder, and admin-level configuration, combined with a solid track record of integrating Salesforce with APIs, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
- Strong background in financial services, including 3+ years in tech roles within the industry and experience delivering Salesforce solutions in regulated environments.
- Proven ability to work in senior Salesforce roles within fast-paced teams, and to collaborate with third-party vendors to deliver business value. Certified Salesforce Developer with strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
