About the Role:
As a Claims Coordinator, you will help coordinate key steps in our multiparty legal matters. This includes working closely with lawyers, investment managers, our legal and tech teams to assist clients, ensure claims are accurate, and meet important deadlines in class actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service to Omni Bridgeway clients, Investment Managers (IMs), and law firms
- Manage assigned cases by coordinating with IMs and Lawyers through reporting, task planning, and project calls
- Process client enquiries and claim data/ documentation
- Develop and update project plans to ensure timely completion of case milestones such as launches, bookbuilds, closures, and settlements
- Draft and coordinate legal documents, including side deeds and launch materials, collaborating with Legal, Client, and IM teams
- Prepare and review data reports for audits, duplicate checks, sanctions, and data handovers
- Conduct duplicate claim checks and manage withdrawal of duplicates
- Collaborate with IT Development and Lawyers to resolve data anomalies and verify claim data through audits
- Maintain strong client relationships and document case developments
- Log and manage tasks in the task system; plan and track workload and time
What We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone who delivers excellent customer service and ideally has at least a year of experience — experience in finance or legal environments is a big plus.
You’ll also bring:
- Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and solid organisational skills
- Confidence with data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to multitask under pressure
- A collaborative mindset and a hands-on, team-oriented attitude
- Experience handling confidential information and working with document management systems would be desirable.
