Your Role
In this role, you'll be the key liaison between UniSuper's Delivery & Information function and our strategic vendors, ensuring alignment with business goals, optimising value, and mitigating risk. You'll also be a champion for our vendors, advocating for their success while ensuring they deliver on UniSuper's strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vendor framework, ensuring seamless communication and reporting between vendors and internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Align vendor services with UniSuper's strategic goals, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to prioritise and communicate strategic requirements to vendors.
- Drive performance measurement, innovation, and continuous improvement across vendor relationships.
- Stay informed on vendor roadmaps and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for UniSuper.
- Manage vendor risk in partnership with the D&I Risk Manager and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Support strategic outsourcing and operational planning aligned with the broader D&I strategy.
- Maintain up-to-date contract documentation and facilitate necessary approvals.
- 5+ years of experience managing strategic vendor partnerships in IT or financial services.
- Strong understanding of the vendor lifecycle and contract management.
- Proven ability to align vendor capabilities with business needs and drive mutual success.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and regulatory frameworks.
- CIPS certification (preferred) and a strong network within the vendor management community.
