We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to join our team as the senior HR partner for the region. This role plays a key part in driving business performance and growth through effective people and culture practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with local business leaders to support performance improvement and enable growth, using data insights and workforce planning.
  • Guide and support leaders in managing employee issues, investigations, and case management in alignment with our values and policies.
  • Develop and maintain local industrial relations, supporting leaders in negotiations aligned with our overall industrial strategy.
  • Lead the local rollout of People & Culture initiatives and support organisational change.


What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field, with substantial experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organisational change, and HR planning.
  • Strong, knowledge of human resource management practices, including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong, effective relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver HR related projects and initiatives, including managing significant business change.
