Proposals Lead

The team are looking for a talented communicator to produce compelling, customer-focused proposals that win work and advance our strategic positioning on key projects. Working with a team of industry experts, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering persuasive, high-impact content for a number of high-profile projects in the sector. If you're a skilled writer and editor with a passion for storytelling and strategy, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• 7+ years experience preparing high-quality proposals for the construction and/or civil infrastructure industry.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite desirable but not essential.
• Skilled in managing end-to-end proposal submissions, ensuring every requirement is met and aligned with client evaluation criteria.
• Strong technical writing skills coupled with the proven ability to peer review documents for grammar, content and style of writing.
• Proven ability to transform complex, technical content into clear, user-friendly documents that are easy to navigate and engaging to read.
• Experienced in balancing stakeholder priorities, driving collaboration, and delivering outcomes that support business success.
• Demonstrated experience at enhancing key messages through impactful visuals such as diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids.
• General knowledge of engineering and construction principles preferred.
• Ability to self-manage with strong planning skills.
