About The Role
Join our Allied Health Services Team as a receptionist and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our clients. As the first point of contact, you'll work closely with our Wellness Team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at the Reception Desk.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all transactions, including accurate EFTPOS procedures, handling program and membership inquiries, and addressing customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Your ability to provide fast, friendly and focused service will be key in creating a positive experience for our clients.
We Are Currently Offering One 23 Hour/ Week Permanant Part Time Position In Our Allied Health Reception Team, With The Following Days/hours

Essential Criteria
This position has been identified as a Child-Related position under Child Protection laws in NSW. To be eligible to apply, you are required to provide Council with a valid Working with Children Check Number.
You will be required to undertake employment checks, which may include a Criminal History Check, Qualification Check, Working with Children Check, Medical Declaration and/or a Functional Test, as relevant to the position for which you have applied. Where a Criminal History Check is required and has returned a result that indicates disclosable court outcomes, you will be required to provide a copy of the report to Penrith City Council, for review, in order to progress through the recruitment process.

- Extensive experience in an administrative based role
- A Current First Aid Certificate
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated customer service experience within a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrated high levels of personal organisation, including the ability to manage workflows, meet regular deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Previous work experience in the Allied Health Services industry or similar role
