About The Role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Finance Consultant to lead solution design, delivery, and enhancement in the SAP FICO module, with integration into other SAP functions such as SD, MM, WM, HR and TM. This permanent role is based in North Ryde and operates across CSR's Australia and New Zealand operations. Reporting to the SAP Technology Manager, you will play a key part in shaping and supporting critical finance systems.

In This Role You Will

• Design and lead delivery of large-scale SAP Finance solutions (> $1m) across GL, AR, AP, REFX, Asset Accounting and Special Ledger.
• Translate business requirements into SAP design specifications and configurations.
• Partner with internal teams, developers, and external vendors to implement, test, and support integrated SAP solutions.
• Manage finance-related service requests and deliver SAP system enhancements.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, system configurations, and testing protocols.
• Support CSR's retail systems, pricing solutions, and interface technologies (e.g., webservices, IDOC, EDI).
• Stay current with SAP industry best practices and maintain subject matter expertise in Finance solutions.
  
  

What You Bring To The Role

• Extensive experience in SAP FICO, with deep expertise in financial integration across modules (SD, MM, WM, TM, HR).
• Strong functional experience in both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA and proven capability in configuration, documentation, and testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
• A collaborative, self-motivated approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customised SAP environment.
• Highly Desirable: Exposure to SAP Concur, product costing, profit centre accounting and debugging experience. Previous work with manufacturing/building materials sectors and business accounting experience will also be favourably regarded.
